Alexandra Maria Lara was born in Romania. She's now an actor from Romania and Germany. Her best-known films include Rush, Downfall Youth Without Youth Control. Being the sole daughter of Romanian actress Valentin Platareanu. Alexandra began her professional career in showbiz as a child. Her roles included lead characters in television dramas as early at the age of 16. Following her critically-acclaimed character in the TV film Der Tunnel, Alexandra went onto play more notable characters like Adolf Hitler's secretary Traudljunge in Downfall.
